The Industrial Park in Lewisporte is fully serviced with an abundance of land with many available lots for small and medium sized businesses. The Town has future plans to expand the Industrial Park.

The Park is located at the entrance to the Town of Lewisporte, 11 km from the Trans Canada Highway, 5 km from a year round port and 52 km from Gander International Airport.

Currently there are 11 businesses operating in the Industrial Park. Services provided range from sign manufacturing to small engine repair. The Industrial Park will accommodate any type of business. Customized lot sizing to fit the needs of the enterprise is available, within the certain restriction that may be imposed by the Town Council. The Industrial Park is owned by the Town of Lewisporte with land available at very negotiable rates.
